JOB PROFILE:
Reporting to the Director, ASC, NA, the Marketing Manager will lead marketing, branding & communication strategies for North America. The incumbant will work with the different species councils (Dairy, Swine, Poultry) to drive innovation, and our value proposition through commeralizing our products & services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provides market research and information for agreed upon key species/ products in collaboration with Business Units, R&D, specie portfolio managers and product managers within agreed timelines;
· Works with ASC, NA to create the marketing strategy, branding and communication messages for the North American value proposition portfolio in conjunction with species portfolio mangers and product managers per main market segment necessary within agreed timelines and monitors and adjusts accordingly to achieve agreed budget goals;
· Works with appropriate specie R&D, species portfolio managers and product managers to ensure Stage Gate process is followed and documented for all innovations;
· Aligns with the global marketing strategy for Nutreco Animal Nutrition and steers technology transfer;
· Coordinates species council together with ASC Manager.

PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA:
· Education: degree in Agri/Food/Pharma discipline;
· In-depth knowledge of North American Dairy, Poultry or Swine industries;
· Experience:
· 3 years + working experience in (related) industry
· 5 years + experience in a marketing position
·
· Excellent Communication skills;
· Bilingual (English-French) considered an asset;
· Experience with Stage Gate or equivalent commeralization process considered an asset.
