We are seeking a veterinarian to join our existing team in MN. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop expertise in all phases of swine production under the direction of a lead veterinarian. The ability to work in a team orientated culture with a high level of expectation around communication and effective implementation is critical to the success of the individual in this position.

Duties Include:

•Effectively implement health management programs including training and follow through
•Provide diagnostic analysis
•Assist in the innovation of health and production practices
programs including training and follow through
•Create effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts
•Contribute to the improvement of production system results

Position requires a DVM. Other qualifications include:
•Good understanding of diseases and laboratory analyses
•Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
•Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
•Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively build strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts
•Proven ability to use initiative and think independently
•Demonstrated commitment to the swine industry and well-being of livestock
•Ability and willingness to travel
