Reproduction farm seeking a Resource Manager who can oversee the grow to finish process. Will be performing basic farm duties such as animal husbandry; farm security and health; nutritional requirements; Pig Flow; treating and vaccinating; recordkeeping; Job Safety; environmental and waste management issues. Will help train, supervise and support site(s) supervisors; evaluate staff job performance and improvement; disciplines and provide input on farm staff performance.

- Experience as a manager in the sow/swine industry
- Wean-finish experience preferred
- Strong management background
- Strong leadership / management skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to pass a background check / drug screen
- Excellent driving record
- Must be able to provide excellent references from former employers
