M2P2 is an aggressive fast paced swine company headquartered in Ames, Iowa. We are seeking an individual to work in the Western part of Iowa that would provide energy and excitement to our team as we Redefine World Class.

Some of the Essential Functions this position is responsible for:
1. Overseeing the production of 80,000-120,000 wean-finish and/or grow-finish spaces.
2. Ensure all SOP’s are implemented and hold site managers and contract growers accountable for processes.
3. Follow all Animal Welfare and Biosecurity policies and procedures.
4. Maintain facilities, equipment and machinery in excellent working condition.
5. Conduct regular farm visits, complete all pertinent paperwork, and follow-up with grower/site manager in written and/or verbal form.
6. Coordinate, communicate, and manage the internal and external pig movements. This includes weaned pigs, feeder pigs, and market hogs.
7. Carry out vaccination schedule, and manage the on-site pharmaceutical inventory as well as administration processes and withdrawal time.
8. Maintain a veterinarian/client/patient relationship with the company’s veterinarians, and adhere to their guidelines with regards to herd health and improvement.
9. Incorporate the core principles of PQA+ and TQA.
10. Entrust in the company’s mission, vision, values, and goals.
