Illinois-based large independent pork producer is seeking an Associate Director, Swine Facilities Projects to oversee all aspects for multi-state facilities’ capital project. The successful candidate will be traveling 40-70% of the time to oversee multiple swine facility remodels and new construction projects.

Ideal candidates will have the ability to lead, develop, coach, motivate, and inspire others towards high performance; analyze complex business problems and make sound business decisions; think strategically about facility technical issues and problems; and respond effectively in emergency situations. A BS or BA degree in agriculture, business, animal science, or related field is required. A minimum of five years experience in management of project teams or related field is also needed as well as proof of a clean driving record.

This is an exciting opportunity with an outstanding family-owned farm. Salary $60-75,000 with bonus and benefits.
