You will have portfolio responsibilities for large and complex agriculture lending relationships. The emphasis will be on consultative sales, development of customer relationships, and extraordinary customer service. You will provide liaison, training and support for other business banking partners and our Agriculture Banking group.

-Bachelors Degree
-Successful record of sales and service excellence, with demonstrated leadership in sales, negotiation, presentations, coaching and problem solving
-Knowledge and experience in Agriculture Banking is preferred
-Previous experience as a business banker, commercial lender, relationship manager, or business development officer is preferred
-Some specific industry experience – knowledge of integrated poultry and swine production is a plus.
